Lily Shanks represents clients in a broad range of litigation, primarily business disputes, in state and federal court.  Over her career, Lily has litigated complex commercial claims involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, products liability, misappropriation of trade secrets, non-compete disputes, and employment disputes.

In addition to advocating in commercial lawsuits, Lily has experience counseling and defending public and private companies, their officers and directors, and corporate executives in securities regulatory investigations and litigation involving federal and state securities law issues.

Lily graduated from Southern Methodist University, where she majored in journalism and minored in Spanish.  She received her Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Texas School of Law and graduated with honors.

When Lily is not practicing law, she moonlights as a yoga instructor and enjoys playing with her two rescue dogs.
